Cherry Blossom in Kyoto Japan
Every now and then I'd like to feature a" virtual postcard "of somewhere interesting one of our family has visited
in this big wide world.By far Dan is streets ahead of the rest of us,so most of the "postcards"will be his pics .He is lucky with his work to have travelled to some amazing places.Today's "postcard" is from Kyoto in Japan where the Cherry Blossom Festival is held..As the trees are only in full bloom for less than two weeks he was very lucky to be in Japan during the festival.
Kyoto is also one of the few places you can see Geisha, and is considered by many to be the place where the geisha tradition is the strongest today.
