Late Afternoon..

Yesterday after Murray finished work,we bought icecreams in Hastings Street and strolled over to the beach and sat on the sand while we ate them.

While we sat there I took a few photos....The day was drawing to a close but there were still people enjoying the last rays of the sun.

Some were starting to pack up....

Some were coming in from the surf........

 

Others were still out there catching a last ride.......

The waves looked like fun......

There were even wedding photos being taken.....

We walked back along Hastings Street to the car......

And on the way back home I caught this unusual shot of the sunset in th car mirror.
